About AgentsNorth

AgentsNorth is a free directory of real AI agent use cases from Canadian businesses and professionals, focused on business and marketing work. That includes bookkeeping and CRA/GST/HST tasks, bilingual customer service, and privacy-aware deployments under PIPEDA and Québec's Loi 25.

How we vet entries

• Every entry is drawn from a public source (company announcements, case studies, news, tribunal decisions, posts). We link it and checked that the link loaded on the date shown.
• Summaries are in our own words. We don't invent use cases, outcomes or quotes.
• Each entry carries an evidence type (company-reported, vendor case study, news, court/tribunal). Vendor case studies are marketing material, so we label them as such.
• Prompts are marked original (published by the source) or reconstructed (our starting point for a similar workflow).
• We publish failures too, because they're often the most useful.
